By using our AI chatbot and contact form widget platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to access, probe, or scan our infrastructure or other users' data
• Use the chatbot or contact form to collect sensitive personal information (health, financial, or government ID data) without appropriate consent and legal basis
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform beyond normal usage

3. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected during checkout. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store payment card information.

• Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice via email

4. Free Plan

The Growth (Free) plan includes 50 AI conversations per month with no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice. Free accounts that remain inactive for 6 months may be deactivated.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data collected through your chatbot and contact form — including leads, chat transcripts, and visitor information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for platform analytics and improvement. This data cannot be used to identify you or your visitors.

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service providers, network failures, or force majeure events.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice through the dashboard or email.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — with prior notice when possible.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting your leads before closing your account.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
